About Infinity Contracting

Building big, growing fast and delivering more.

Infinity Contracting is a North West based construction company supporting housing, commercial and public estates. As we grow, we’re expanding into larger, more complex areas of delivery, including large-scale construction, major refurbishments, technical environments and estate wide improvement programmes. We bring a consistent, safety focused approach to all our work, from void refurbishments and clean room environments to technical fit-outs. We’re investing in technology that supports transparency and better decision making: digital job sheets, before-and-after evidence, compliance documentation and real-time reporting that keeps clients fully informed. We take our impact seriously. That means reducing waste, improving environmental performance and delivering projects with minimal disruption in homes, workplaces and sensitive environments.

We’re expanding fast, with a clear purpose: to build a trusted market-leading business driven by exceptional people, strong capabilities and a commitment to continual improvement.

At a glance

  • Based in the North West, working regionally and UK-wide by agreement.
  • Maintenance, refurbishment, compliance and project delivery.
  • Housing, commercial and public buildings, one standard across all of them.

We combine big contractor discipline with the responsiveness of a smaller team.

What we do.

Our work spans occupied homes, blocks, offices and technical spaces. The same principles apply everywhere: plan it properly, do it safely, finish it well and leave it in a state we’d be happy to hand over to ourselves.

Housing & estates

Responsive repairs, voids, damp & mould, communal and external works delivered with residents and neighbours in mind.

Commercial & workplaces

Office and reception upgrades, workplace fit outs and fabric works in live environments where downtime and presentation matter.

Technical & fit-out

Working alongside M&E partners on data rooms, plant areas and technical spaces, with a focus on coordination, safety and finish.

Safety and quality are the starting point, not the add-on.

Safety and quality are built into how we work. We work in people’s homes, live offices and sensitive environments. That comes with responsibility. Safe systems of work, clear RAMS, supervision and the right kit aren’t “nice to haves” they’re the bare minimum.

Supervisors actively oversee work on site, ensuring safe systems are followed, risks are addressed early and standards remain consistent from start to finish.

In practical terms, that means:

  • DBS-checked operatives, CSCS cards and role-specific training where required.
  • Risk assessments, method statements and permits that are actually followed on site.
  • Before-and-after photos, digital job sheets and certificates you can refer back to.
  • Respect for properties and residents. Clean, tidy work and clear communication.

The team we’re building.

Good work comes from good people. We want a team that takes pride in what they do and reflects the communities we work in, including people who haven’t always seen construction as a space for them.

Women in construction.

We’re actively creating space for women across the business, on the tools, in supervision and in management. That means looking at welfare, site standards, language and behaviour, not just job titles.

If someone joins us, we want them to feel they have a real career path, not just a stop-gap role.

Apprenticeships and early careers.

Infinity Contracting is being built for the long term. Apprentices, trainees and new entrants are a big part of that. We’re working towards structured routes into:

  • Trade apprenticeships on real sites with experienced operatives.
  • Site supervision, coordination and project support roles.
  • Graduate and technician paths into planning, quality and compliance.

Serving communities, not just working in them.

Our work changes streets, estates and workplaces. We want that change to feel positive, not just at handover but throughout the time we’re on site.

Local projects

Linking our work to local improvements where we can, from small practical help to supporting community initiatives around our sites.

Local opportunities

Creating work experience, apprenticeship and job opportunities as close as possible to where we’re working.

Resident-first

Clear communication, respectful behaviour and keeping disruption as low as we can in occupied properties and live environments.
